I recently had a session with Dominic in celebration of him graduating this year from ODU.  The fun fact about him and this session is that he is actually practically family!!  His long time girlfriend, Megan, is my cousin!!

Dominic’s family own Lewisetta Marina and they had requested that we have the session there.  I arrived that day and immediately felt so welcomed!!  Megan and Dominic were both there with big smiles as soon as I drove up and his parents came out of the house with welcoming smiles and a hug!  

We used our time together to get not only shots of Dominic, but also a variety of shots including family photos and photos of Dominic and Megan together!!  I just love working with couples and as much as I enjoyed working with Dominic and his family, the shots of Megan and him laughing their huge genuine smiles together were some of my favorites!!  So much joy!!

Another beautiful aspect of my time photographing this family, was the fact that it was so obvious of how proud Dominic’s parents are of him.  Not only did they tell him multiple times, but you could also see it in their eyes when they looked at him and I just loved capturing that!!

It was such a beautiful day to work with Dominic, Megan, and his parents.  They were so kind hearted towards me the entire afternoon and it was a blessing to meet them all and get to know them better through this session.  My favorites from our time together are below!!
