Congratulations on being chosen as a 2018 Abby Hudson Senior Spokesmodel!  I am thrilled to have you on the team and I just know that the group of ladies chosen for the first ever spokesmodel team are going to set the bar high for future teams to come!  I can’t wait to meet you in person!

Personal Session

Spokesmodels will receive a 2 hour sunset senior session to be scheduled during the month/season of their choice.  A senior questionnaire will be sent in which the answers provided will be used to create a custom session that allows the spokesmodel’s personality to shine throughout the gallery!  It will also update me on important details for the session and help us narrow down the location of the session!

Additional Images

Spokesmodels will be given the opportunity to receive three times as many images as standard senior portrait clients through their participation in the mini session meet and greet and the spokesmodel styled shoot.  

Spokesmodels are invited to attend a mini session meet and greet on April 2, 2017 at The Art of Coffee in Montross, Virginia.  One free specialty drink of their choice will be provide during the first half of the gathering.  A mini session will take place during the second half of the session in which images will be edited and delivered for social sharing and personal use/printing.  

Spokesmodels will also receive images from the spokesmodel styled shoot.  Styled shoot details are currently being processed as of 3/2/2017 and will be determined based upon the schedule of the spokesmodels.  As details become confirmed, all information regarding the session via time and date will be communicated through Honeybook.  

All efforts will be made by Abby Hudson to choose a session date that all ten spokesmodels are able to attend.  In return, spokesmodels are expected to make every effort to attend the styled shoot on the date chosen.

Spokesmodel Responsibilities

General expectations of each chosen spokesmodel are to help spread the word about Abby Hudson Photography, LLC to their friends and family.  AHP business cards will be provided to each spokesmodel.  You are not required to pass them out, but they will assist you in sharing how your peers can get in touch with me to potentially book a session. 

Social Media Sharing

Spokesmodels are asked to post a professional image of their choice taken by Abby Hudson Photography to their social media feed at least once per month.  The text content of the posts can contain a message about your excitement for senior year, a message regarding your experience as a spokesmodel, your favorite quote, or even the simplest use of the spokesmodel hashtags.  A reminder will be sent at the start of every month to spokesmodels via Instagram messages reminding them to post their images at some point during the month with the hashtags.

Hashtags

Spokesmodels are asked to use particular hashtags whenever posting their images.  These hashtags are to include #AbbyHudsonPhotography an/or #AbbyHudsonSeniors .   The hashtag #SpokesmodelsOfAHP2018 is also optional paired with either of the prior hashtags.

Social Media Restrictions and Personal Presentation

Spokesmodels are asked to refrain from posting any derogatory, inappropriate, or offensive content to their social media during the duration of the spokesmodel program.  If any post is considered as such by Abby Hudson, the spokesmodel will be asked to remove the post.  If the post is not removed, the spokesmodel will risk the potential of being removed from the spokesmodel team.

Spokesmodels are also asked to always carry themselves in a respectful manner in public as they will be representing themselves and known as spokesmodels for the Abby Hudson Photography brand.

Filters, Edits, and Photo Credit

Abby Hudson will provide the utmost care in professionally editing each image that will be provided to the spokesmodels.  With this in mind, spokesmodels are required to refrain from applying any filters or additional edits to the images that they post.  If a filter has been applied, the spokesmodel will be asked to remove the image.  Photo credit should be provided each time that an image is posted simply by tagging me in the photo as @abbyhudsonphoto on Instagram or Abby Hudson on Facebook.

Sole Photographer

Spokesmodels agree to only use Abby Hudson Photography as their photographer during the duration of the spokesmodel program and will contractually agree to not use or promote any other photographer during this time with the exception of their formal drape senior photos in which any photographer of their choice may be used for that purpose only as the formal drape photos will not be provided by Abby Hudson Photography.

The very best way to reach me is through Honeybook.  With Honeybook, all communication between the spokesmodel, spokesmodel’s parent, and me will be viewable by all participants within the client’s workspace.  If contact must be made outside of Honeybook, email is the next best option and can be sent to abbyhudsonphoto@gmail.com .

The entire point of this spokesmodel team is to provide a really exciting experience to each spokesmodel so HAVE FUN!!!!  I want yall to feel special and pampered and befriended during this entire program and I am so excited to work with you!!  I have some really fun gifts up my sleeve for y’all throughout the duration of this program and I hope that you are able to connect with the other spokesmodels and build strong friendships!
