One thing about living in a small town is the joy of knowing folks basically your entire lives.  I feel that way about Jarod and Kathryn after knowing both since I was young and attending church with my grandma.  Now, they are parents to a sweet boy named Joshua and we are all raising the next generation of kids that will grow up knowing each other their entire lives.  I love that we will be seeing a lot more of each other over the years considering that our babies are just two weeks apart!!  They’ll grow up going to school together and I just think its the sweetest.

I met The Scott family at their home for Joshua’s first birthday session.  They had just moved into their forever home and it seemed like the perfect fit for their session that afternoon!  Neither of us would have expected it to be 80 degrees in late fall, but Joshua didnt seem to mind as he laughed, played, and showed off for the camera!
