Does this sweet family look familiar?!  They graced the AHP blog a few months ago for Johnluca’s 6 month photos and I had the pleasure of working with them again for Christmas photos!  I love getting to work with past clients… After the emails prior to their session, the time we spend together during their session, and our conversations post session- clients begin to feel like friends.  You care about friends and you appreciate their support so when I have the opportunity to work with them again, I absolutely have a full and grateful heart!  Its nice to see the change in their seasons of life and its even more special to be a part of it and be able to document it for these families.  Johnluca was such a happy baby during our session and I enjoyed getting to chat with Jessica and her husband TJ again!

When we arrived for their session that morning, we were greeted with a thick heavy layer of fog covering the entire area.  Although we had to be strategic with the images I was shooting, I actually feel like the fog added a little extra something to their session that set it apart from the first session! It allowed me to really get my creative thinking cap on and think on my toes!

Towards the end of our time together, the sun started to peek through the fog and it created a beautifully soft, golden glow around the family.  I was swooning over the images that we took at that time because they are so unique and something that I will never be able to recreate again even if I tried!
