So many favorites from this month’s sessions!!!!  Ah!!  This seriously has been like a dream y’all… To have such amazing clients with such gorgeous galleries… Oh, pinch me!

The Bowles family session is no exception to the above excitement!! Brook and Charles welcomed their baby girl Libby into the world about 6 months ago.  Brook reached out to me back in early November about scheduling a session and the soonest I could fit them in was for a mind-December session.  I am beyond glad that we were scheduled for the date that we did because everything about their session was perfect!!

Charles and Brooke are just as sweet as can be and I was so happy to be working with them for this session.  Their outfits fit just right against the rustic, country scenery.  Libby is such a pretty little girl and she just smiled + giggled through the entire session (thanks to the help of her favorite crinkly butterfly toy)!

I was expecting a powerful sunset that afternoon, but much to my surprise, we lost the sun to a blanket of clouds.  Did that rain on our parade??  Not a chance!!  The lighting during this session gave the family’s images such a beautifully soft, sweet glow.  This was another one of those sessions last weekend where the images I captured can never be recreated thanks to mother nature’s mysterious ways of casting light.  In all honest though, that is the exact way that I hope these sessions are!!  I want each session to be genuine to the couple or family that I am working with and I want these seasons of life to captured in a way that makes my clients joyful with a full heart.

Oh!  And Speaking of family… This will be my last blog post this week.  Rather than blogging, I will instead be spending quality time with my family for the holidays and soaking up every moment of it!  I hope that you do the same!  Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from all of us at AHP!!(…All of us meaning myself, my husband Brad, and our two dogs Sadie and Jill… Thats the AHP crew and we all think that you’re pretty swell for following this journey!)
