Carrie’s senior session was one of those sessions that I have been anxiously waiting to share because some of my favorite senior images came from this shoot (which I seem to be saying a lot lately but that still makes it VERY true!!!) !!

Carrie is a senior at Washington and Lee High School.  She’s a member of the soccer team, loves to read and work on website design, and also runs on the cross country team.

We walked a lot during her session finding the perfect lighting and I laughed saying that she was probably going to break a sweat.  Then we laughed because I remembered that she was on the cross country team so all that walking was probably not even a warm up for her! haha.

Carrie brought along four great outfits that really showcased her styled!!  It ended up being 5 outfits because we combined two outfits at the last minute to catch some perfect lighting coming through the trees as we were walking to our next location.  We only has about 5 minutes left to work there, but I am so glad that we stopped because I just adored how her bubbly personality shines in those images!!

Carrie was such a natural in front of the camera, but she was also brave!!!  We ended her session at the beach and even in the middle of January, she volunteered to stick her feet in the water for some unique shots!!  That ended up being the sneak peek photo that I used, too!!!
