This wedding – such a beautiful, intimate celebration! To live in such a small town, I can’t believe that I didn’t know more about Lauren and Kenny prior to their engagement. Lauren has been such a kind soul to chat with for the last year and Kenny made it clear that he has the most fun spirit and energy to be around.
Their wedding day finally arrived this past weekend and it was a sweet and intimate day with their closest friends and family. There were so many thoughtful details and moments spread throughout their day.
Lauren wore her mother’s wedding gown which had been completely reconstructed to showcase her own bridal style. Her mom hand made the wedding favors for each guest. Lauren fluffed the pampas grass by hand and created the arbor for their ceremony. Kenny’s reaction to seeing Lauren during the first look was so genuine and full of joy. It was the sweetest thing to hear him admiring her out loud and the spark in his eyes when they met hers was what every girl could ever hope for.
After their first kiss as husband and wife, Kenny pulled Lauren in for a hug and all I could think was how sweet of a friendship they must share for him to take that extra moment with her and just hold her tight. It was the most special day! Enjoy a look at my favorites from their wedding below!!
